Deleting your data

You can remove your data from Calluna at any time, in whole or in part. Here is exactly how, and what happens after.

Disconnect one social account

In Calluna, open Settings, then Connected accounts, and choose Disconnect next to the account. This immediately deletes the stored credential for that account and any information we obtained from that platform on your behalf. You can also revoke Calluna's access from the platform's own settings: on Facebook and Instagram, under Settings, Apps and websites; on LinkedIn, under Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services.

Delete everything

Email admin@hicalluna.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my data. We will confirm you control the account, then delete it. If you would like a copy first, export your data from inside Calluna, or ask us in the same email and we will send it before deleting.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile details.
  • All content you created or uploaded: posts, drafts, replies, photos, notes, and voice rules.
  • Every credential for connected social accounts, and all information obtained from those platforms.
  • The approval record for your instance.
  • Everything your instance learned about your voice.

How long it takes

We start immediately and finish within 30 days, including copies held in backups, which are purged on a rolling schedule. We will email you when it is done. The only things we keep are records we are legally required to retain, such as billing records where applicable, and those contain no content you created.

Posts already published

Anything already published to a social platform lives on that platform, not in Calluna. Deleting your Calluna data does not remove those posts. To take them down, delete them on the platform itself.
